- What are your clinic hours?
- We are open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6pm.
- Is parking provided?
- Yes, please park in one of the 6 FREE reserved spaces labeled Pacific Balance. The garage entrance is on 4th Ave N with a neon 'Public Parking' sign. Numbered spaces (11, 15, 16 & 62, 63, 64) are located on the back wall of the street and lower levels. There is no need to validate a ticket or pay – parking is FREE for Pacific Balance clients.
- What can I expect at my first appointment?
- All appointments are one hour of one-on-one time with your therapist. The initial appointment will include an evaluation as well as physical treatment. Please arrive at Pacific Balance 10-15 minutes before the start of your appointment.
- Should I bring a change of clothes?
- Depending on the treatment you’ll receive at Pacific Balance, a change of clothes may not be necessary. For a sports related issue, it is recommended to bring shorts, a t-shirt and sneakers.
- What will my insurance cover?
- This depends on your insurance coverage for physical or occupational therapy. Please call your insurance provider before scheduling an appointment to verify your benefits.
- Will I need a referral for physical therapy?
- In most cases, your insurance coverage will require you to obtain a written referral for therapy. Medicare clients and accident related clients will always need a referral. Please call your insurance provider to verify.
- Should I drive to my appointment if I am being evaluated for dizziness?
- It is recommended that you have a driver for a vestibular evaluation of dizziness or vertigo. After the initial appointment your therapist will let you know if this is needed for future appointments.
- If I need to cancel how much notice do you need?
- We ask for 24 hours notice on all cancelations with the exception of emergencies.
