Pilates Mat Classes

Classes are open to the general public (men and women 18+) and may be attended on a drop-in basis.

Physical Therapist Karin Townson,DPT,CSCS will guide you along the 60 minute Pilates class, offering increased challenges and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.

Pilates Mats, Thera-bands, Workout balls, Towels and Water all provided for your convenience.  Your own personal mat or water bottle are welcome.  

Pilates Registration/Waiver form must be filled out before participating.

Class Schedule:

Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30 pm

Rates:

$12.00 for a single drop in class

$10.00 each with a package of 4

$9.00 each with a package of 8
